2008 Porsche 911 Carrera S 997.2 PDK, finished in Rubi Red metallic.

This car of the Carrera S 997.2 is in very good condition and, although it has many kilometres on it, most of them were done on the road, where the car suffers less wear and tear than normal. It is a car that has always been well maintained and has many interesting factory options. 

The Carrera S 997.2 had a 3800cc six-cylinder boxer engine delivering 385hp to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Enough to propel this Porsche from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and reach a speed of 300 km/h.

This Carrera S was originally sold in Spain and it is one of the first cars of the second generation of the 997, a much sought after version due to its new direct injection engine which no longer had the famous IMS problem which caused so many headaches in previous generations. In addition, the fast PDK dual-clutch gearbox made its debut.

Very nice unit in exclusive Rubi Red Metallic with black leather interior.

It has a comprehensive equipment package including sports seats, sports exhaust, PASM sports suspension with 3 modes of suspension stiffness adjustment, Sport Chrono package with three driving modes, PDK gearbox with steering wheel paddles, leather steering wheel, 19-inch tyres, bi-xenon headlights, superior navigation, parktronic, etc. In the pictures you can see a photo with all the options and at the end of the description is the detail of each one.

It is a car with a known and fully traceable history. Delivered with its 2 original keys, tools, folder with all manuals, service book up to date, fully stamped by Porsche and specialist. As well as absolutely all invoices for all maintenance.

The first owner bought the car at the Porsche Barcelona dealer in December 2008. Then, in 2014, with 65,000 kms driven, he gave it up at the same car dealership for the purchase of a 911 generation 991. There, it is purchased by its second owner with the Porsche Approved Warranty and will be in use until 2019. He uses it mainly for road trips between Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid, so it covers more than 100,000 kms without any wear and tear on the car. In addition, the car is thoroughly maintained every 10,000 km, no expenses spared, at a Porsche specialist workshop in Valencia. Finally, in 2019, with 175,000 kms, it is bought by the current owner, an acquaintance of the previous owner, who has used it on weekends as a whim car during these years, having covered 14,000 kms.

2.000 kms ago it has been fitted with 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres and has been fully maintained, and 2 months ago the PDK gearbox has been serviced and the last MOT has been passed with no incidents.
