Jaguar XJS équipée du V12 5.3l, avec conduite à gauche, de 1977.
Voiture avec peinture originale et kilométrage original.

Historique:
Ce bel exemplaire a été livrée en Amérique du Nord en 1977, et a appartenu à une femme pendant plus de 30 ans. 
Dans le cadre de sa succession, elle a connu un nouveau propriétaire jusqu'en 2022.
La Jaguar a ensuite été importée en Angleterre en 2022 et immatriculée dans ce pays.
En 2023 , elle a été achetée par le propriétaire actuel, et amenée en Allemagne.

Cette Jaguar était surtout exposée dans des collections et sortait pour participer à des événements de Classic car.

Les documents présents ne permettent pas de valider le kilométrage indiqué, il a été confirmé néanmoins par les deux précédents propriétaires et l'état du véhicule selon le vendeur.

Intérieur :
- Sièges en cuir en très bon état, avec une usure faible. 
- Les sièges arrière semblent ne jamais avoir été utilisés. 
- Le tableau de bord et la console centrale sont en très bon état. 
- Les tapis sont en général de très bon état, néanmoins les tapis avant présentent une usure.
- La Jaguar est équipée d'un téléphone Fujitsu d'origine, d'une Radio Alpine et d'un amplificateur (dans le coffre).
- Les lampes, klaxon, clignotants, radio, horloge, chauffage, ventilation  fonctionnent.

Carrosserie :
La voiture , carrosserie, châssis ne présentent pas de rouille.
La peinture est belle, brillante avec seulement quelques petites traces dues à l'usage du véhicule.
Les plastiques, les chromes, vitres sont en très bon état.

Mécanique:
- La Jaguar démarre très aisément, elle roule, tourne, freine.
- Les pneus sont en bon état, peu usés.
- Le moteur fait un bruit très régulier, très agréable.
- Une révision a été effectuée par un spécialiste UK , l'année dernière , avec changement de diverses pièces, comme les bobines, câbles de distribution, bougies, distributeur, filtre à huile, vidange huile moteur.
Il conviendra de vérifier le câblage du demarreur , qui de temps en temps , montre une faiblesse , empêchant le démarrage. 

La direction assistée n'est actuellement pas alimentée par la pompe( qui fonctionne), donc la direction est un peu dure surtout lors des manœuvres. 
L'ancien propriétaire avait prévu de changer la direction assistée mais n'a pas pu aller au bout suite à des problèmes de santé. 
Une direction assistée neuve est livrée avec le véhicule. 
Il suffira de l'installer, de brancher les deux  durites de la pompe (présentes) et de remettre la courroie d'entraînement de la pompe (fournie).

Cette Jaguar est équipée de pots d'échappements avec catalyseurs, pour correspondre aux normes américaines du début des années 2000. 

Cela permet une gestion aisée des normes antipollution, y compris en Europe.
Cette Jaguar a toujours été très bien entretenue au fur et à mesure des années, mais au vu de sa faible utilisation ces dernières années, si le nouvel acquéreur, souhaitait rouler régulièrement avec elle, une vidange de la boîte pourrait être nécessaire. L'huile est encore très belle et rouge.

Cette Jaguar a été importée en Allemagne, les droits de douanes et taxes ont été payés pour son utilisation en Europe. 
Les documents fournis sont un V5, certificat d'immatriculation anglais original, le livret du conducteur Jaguar, quelques factures de pièces et entretiens.

Le véhicule est visible à Kehl en Allemagne.
