Suzuki Samurai SJ 410

De auto is twee jaar in mijn bezit en is via een Oldtimer handelaar in het noorden van het land aangeschaft. Daarvoor is hij een aantal jaar in bezit geweest van een gepensioneerde oud-monteur (naam en telefoonnummer bij mij bekend). 

Deze heeft de SJ 410 afgebouwd, gerestaureerd, opnieuw laten spuiten (originele kleur was rood) en helemaal opnieuw opgebouwd en afgemonteerd. De motor is origineel, maar de kop is gereviseerd en er is een revisie carburateur gemonteerd. De auto heeft een hard-top (bijzonder!) en een soft-top.

De motor is in uitstekende staat, alsook de versnellingsbak, hoge-en lage giering. 
De auto is verzekerd bij oldtimer-verzekeraar Kuiper onder een 'klassiekerverzekering'.

Super cool karretje zonder één plekje roest; starten, lopen en gaan..
Niet voor de snelweg, maar voor in en om de boerderij, het strand of het terrein. (de Provence? (-;)

Technische staat van de auto en de motor.

De techniek is simpel, betrouwbaar en perfect werkend. Motoren van Japanse makelij behoren van oudsher tot de beste ter wereld. Belangrijk onderdeel van het revisie project was het geheel opnieuw behandelen van chassis en bodem. 

E.e.a. ziet na de opbouw uit als nieuw. Nieuwe wielen en banden, het plaatwerk is vervangen, daar waar deze was aangetast. Hij spoort 100% zonder trillingen of anders. De auto is voorzien van een trekhaak en bijbehorende elektra koppeling.

De oorspronkelijke kleur was rood, maar is vervangen door groen. De lak is overal keurig dekkend gespoten en oogt strak en hard, z’n gewicht is 900 kg. 

Er is helaas geen oorspronkelijk onderhoudsboekje meer aanwezig, maar de auto is schadevrij, in optima forma en staat altijd binnen (garage).

De auto is sinds 02-08-2002 in Nederland ingeschreven en kenteken is afgegeven op 10-07-1987. 

Of de auto uit het buitenland komt en zo ja waar vandaan is niet bekend. (RDW kentekencheck).

De auto staat in Haarlem, Nederland.
