HISTORIA/DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
Morgan es un fabricante británico que continúa produciendo vehículos a mano. Desde sus inicios, en 1910, el vehículo de tres ruedas (3-Wheeler) ha sido un elemento esencial de su catálogo. En 1953 dejaron de fabricarlo para recuperarlo en 2011, asemejándose el modelo de esos años a la estética del Morgan Super Sports Aero de finales de los años 20, pero con tecnología actual. El vehículo que se ofrece salió de la fábrica alrededor de un año después de la recuperación del 3-Wheeler. 
Su primer conductor fue un británico que, casi sin uso (500 millas), se lo vendió a un concesionario belga, que fue quien se lo vendió al actual propietario, que es un español que se encontraba viviendo en ese país. Tras su repatriación, lo ha estado usando durante cinco años por Madrid y alrededores, sumando tan solo 700 millas más al cuentakilómetros. 

El modelo de 2011 nació con algunos problemas debidos un diseño demasiado rápido que ponía en común muchos componentes por primera vez. Por eso, la marca ha venido lanzando una serie de retrofits que se han incorporado en su totalidad en este vehículo. La refrigeración forzada, la modificación de la parte delantera del chasis, el acoplamiento de las rótulas de dirección a las ruedas y la ventilación de la cavidad de la correa de distribución son buenos ejemplos de todas las mejoras que se han realizado. 
Además, los faros han sido sustituidos para la conducción por el lado derecho de la calzada. 
Los kilómetros recorridos se corresponden con el estado del coche. Impecable y en perfecto estado de funcionamiento.

EXTERIOR
Cromados perfectos y carrocería sin arañazos. Los bajos no tienen daños. Dispone de una funda para interiores original de Morgan que le protege de daños y de polvo. Siempre la tiene puesta. Cuenta con un toldo para cerrar el habitáculo cuando se aparca en la calle, de forma que evite la entrada de agua si llueve o que los curiosos se quieran sentar en él. Intermitentes y luces de posición son de tecnología LED. 

INTERIOR
Tapicería e interior en cuero negro auténtico, en perfecto estado. Tiene cinturones de seguridad que evitan tener que portar casco. Desde dentro se puede observar el chasis metálico que tiene colocada encima una carrocería de aluminio reforzada con perfiles de madera. Cuenta con interruptor cortabatería, dispositivo imprescindible para que la batería no se descargue y permanezca en buen estado a pesar de los largos períodos sin uso. Asimismo, tiene un antirrobo conectado al encendido. 

MECÁNICA
Motor S&S de dos litros, EURO2 a gasolina, con encendido electrónico. Caja de cambios manual de cinco velocidades. El movimiento llega a la rueda trasera por medio de un reductor y de una correa dentada. Con tan solo 525 kg de peso, la aceleración y la velocidad que puede sentir el conductor es la que él mismo sea capaz de soportar. 

Los únicos cromados que no están como el primer día son los de la primera etapa de los dos tubos de escape, debido a las altas temperaturas que soportan. Frenos de disco delante y de tambor detrás. En el año 2023 se reparó el freno trasero por óxido en el cilindro. Es la única intervención fuera del mantenimiento preventivo que ha necesitado en todos estos años. 

DOCUMENTACIÓN
Tiene matrícula española como vehículo normal, con libertad plena de uso. La Inspección Técnica de Vehículos (ITV) está en vigor hasta la mitad de 2025, siendo su periodicidad cada dos años. Cuenta con certificado de homologación de Morgan, que se acompaña en las fotos. Además, se dispone de las evidencias que demuestran que el mantenimiento anual se ha hecho puntualmente en el servicio oficial de Morgan. 
El último servicio fue en septiembre de 2023 y, por eso, precisamente ahora se encuentra de nuevo en el taller para la revisión 2024.
