Deze Land Rover 88, wat verwijst naar de wielbasis van 88 inch (224 cm), cabriolet leger versie is een robuuste terrein wagen die in redelijk goede staat verkeert.

Technisch is deze auto goed te noemen en rijdt nog steeds erg goed. Facturen van regelmatig onderhoud zijn aanwezig. 
Helaas is de complete historie niet aanwezig. Onderhoudsboekjes etc. ontbreken.
Versnellingsbak, remmen en motor zijn goed te noemen en vertonen geen gebreken. Auto heeft aan een olie beurt genoeg om weer het terrein in te gaan.

De Land Rover is van 1981 en vanaf 2000 op de Nederlandse wegen gekomen en geregistreerd. Het is heel goed mogelijk dat de auto eerst is gebruikt als leger voertuig en derhalve niet geregistreerd is tot 2000.

Carrosserie en lakwerk van deze Land Rover verkeren in prima staat. Het uiterlijk is zoals het een leger voertuig betaamt. Geen ultrastrak gespoten auto derhalve.

De onderkant behoeft geen werkzaamheden of laswerk. De bladveren zijn nieuw gemonteerd. De set originele bladveren zijn nog bij het voertuig aanwezig.

Auto heeft geen problemen en rijdt prima. 

Voor bezichtiging en eventueel proefrit, auto staat in Leeuwarden , Nederland en is daar ook af te halen.
