ALGEMEEN:
Van oorsprong uit Italië afkomstige BMW 850i (E31) V12, Automaat, in de kleur Zilvergrijs van bouwjaar 1991.

De 8-Serie was als eerste BMW ooit leverbaar met een V12 motor en kreeg tevens de beschikking over een elektronisch gestuurd drive-by-wire gaspedaal. Samen met de Z1 was de 8-Serie ook de eerste BMW welke geleverd werd met een multi-link achteras.

In de beginjaren (van 1990-1992) werd de auto alleen met een 5.0 liter grote en 300 pk sterke V12 motor (M70) geleverd, iets wat vanaf 1992 veranderde toen er ook een 5.4 liter grote V8 (M73) aan het programma werd toegevoegd.

De hier aangeboden 850i is van bouwjaar 1991 (M70) en uitgevoerd in de kleur zilvergrijs.
BMW is in 2019 naar Nederland gekomen en destijds op Nederlands kenteken geregistreerd.

Een goede combinatie in deze kleurstelling met zwart lederen interieur geeft deze 8-Serie nog immer een zeer fraaie en bovenal tijdloze uitstraling.

De fantastisch klinkende 5.0 liter grote V12 welke gekoppeld is aan een 4-traps automaat levert 300 pk en een koppel van 450 Nm, voldoende om de 1.838 kg zware 8-Serie in 7,4 seconden van 0-100 km/h te laten sprinten.

En hoewel in staat tot serieuze prestaties is de 8-Serie meer de ultieme GT dan een echt sportief rijdende auto. Niet alleen het karakter van de V12 sluit veel meer aan bij dat van een GT, ook het gewicht van 1.838 kg maakt dit geen sportwagen maar een zeer snelle en comfortabele lange afstanden auto.

CARROSSERIE:
Een harde carrosserie, welke wel de aandacht behoeft. Qua exterieur behoeft deze BMW wel wat aandacht voor wat betreft de lak, met name het dak, zie foto's.


INTERIEUR:
Het interieur in deze 8-Serie is voorzien van zwart leder en ziet er nog aardig goed uit.


TECHNISCH:
Deze BMW 850i is voorzien van APK-rapporten, Teller-rapport van RDW,  en originele boekjes. (zie foto's). Tevens is er een factuur bij de auto aanwezig van Autrans, zij hebben in 2023 een revisie van de automatische versnellingsbak uitgevoerd, waarna er elektronische problemen waren ontstaan, hierdoor is momenteel de km.stand/het dashboard niet af te lezen. De laatst genoteerde en afgelezen km.stand bij Autrans was 131.189 KM, er is nadien niet meer mee gereden.
Kilometerstanden zouden moeten kloppen aan de hand van de APK-rapporten, RDW voertuigregistratie en laatste factuur.

Het betreft hier dus een BMW 850 met wat elektronische problemen, welke geruime tijd stil heeft gestaan en nagelopen dient te worden. Auto is starten, lopen en verrijdbaar.

Een leuke 850 voor de handige BMW liefhebber om hem weer netjes en rijdend te krijgen.

De auto is voorzien van een Nederlands kenteken, momenteel voorzien van een geldige APK tot 27 oktober 2025.
