HISTORIA/DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
1958 Ford Thunderbird con motor 352 c.u.i "Interceptor" Thunderbird Special V-8 con 300cv, carburador de 4 cuerpos y escape doble. Cambio automático Cruise-O-Matic (3-velocidades).

El coche se encuentra en Barcelona, recientemente ha sido revisado (factura en foto) en un taller especializado en coches americanos 2.000€ en trabajos para poner el coche al día. Este coche ha sido del actual propietario desde hace unas décadas, ha estado unos años sin uso guardado en el garaje y finalmente se ha tomado la decisión de venderlo por la falta de uso.

Tiene ITV vigente, se conduce normalmente, el motor tiene una muy buena respuesta, el cambio es suave aunque la marcha atrás es lenta, la frenada es buena aunque dura creemos que con el uso y ajuste será mas suave. El sistema de la capota no funciona aunque ha sido de forma repentina, creemos que puede ser alguna conexión eléctrica. La dirección es suave aunque con holgura, se hizo un road test de 3h en marcha continua, mantuvo los niveles y la temperatura perfectamente.

Estéticamente aunque no luzca sus colores originales (ver foto especificación original) el azul con interior blanco es una buena combinación. La pintura es aceptable pero se no esta en su mejor momento, el interior esta completo y mantiene su originalidad, pero el material usado en su restauración se comenzó a caer (ver fotos).

En el motor se puede ver que se ha usado un filtro de aire Ford original pero no para este coche. 

Un coche listo para pasear,  también una gran base para restaurar y que luzca como el primer día.
