7.2 litre, big block 440, 3 speed automatic, power steering, power brakes. Column shift.
The car is fantastic to drive, accelerates smoothly, changing gear as it should with responsive kick down.
Maintained to a very high standards, complete brakeoverhaul, reconditioned brake booster by a company in Canada. New Elderbrook 4 barrel carb. New master and slave cylinders. Replaced front disc calipers. Engine starts on the button, Many new parts fitted. Extensive documentation of work carried out over the past 20 years. Maintained  by a classic car specialist 
 All original parts, car is complete with no missing parts. Odometer reads 115822, which I'm lead to believe is correct.
Body work is rust and dent freem. It has been re-spayed some time ago and has some very minor chips which can be seen on close inspection, I had the roof sprayed blue and new vinyl,  it was original an all white car,  the two colours really set the car off. It has been underseal. The shutlines align and have even gaps. Overall paint finishes really good and it holds a lustrous shine. The wheels and their trims are in good shape with lots of treason the white wall tires. Chrome is in very good shape, many of the trims being in stainless. The rear wing ends have lost their luster but still polish up.
I imported the Imperial from a gentleman in Kentucky 5 years ago. He had the vehicle for around the same period prior to that it resided in Florida.
Minor issues associated with the electrics are. Rear windows currently aren't operating. Drivers seat don't raise on the electric motor. Passenger seat motor don't move the seat forward, Petrol gauge is unreliable. Rear dome lights don't operatem, headlight switch prone to intermittent operation. Remote trunk open not functioning. All fairly minor problems which could be fixed while still enjoying the driving.
Interior was completely stripped out before new soundproofing, underlay and carpet were fitted. The seats have been recovered to match the original in vinyl trim rather than leather. Head lining replaced, wood veneers were all stripped  back and professional refinished. at cost of over £5k. 
It has original facorty tints.
