BMW 318 IS from 1990 in very good condition.

The general condition of the vehicle is very good, both the mechanics and the bodywork. It starts and drives perfectly. As for the bodywork, the entire vehicle keeps the original paint and has no scratches or dents of any kind. 

No accidents; it has only had two owners since new: a father and his son (it has always belonged to the same family). It was bought new by a BMW Dealership Manager and passed on to the son after his death. Always garaged. 

It has its original maintenance booklet with the revisions stamped at the official BMW dealer. The last technical inspection (Spanish ITV) dates back to 2006, as it has not been used for more than 15 years.  It has the stamped ITV cards. 

All parts are original and the vehicle is complete. It has no issues.  It is v difficult to find a vehicle in this condition and with this fully demonstrable mileage.
