Fiat 600 1 series 1959, version produced for only 2 years (59/60), note that there is no ashtray, level start, bonnet with fewer slits, glasses without deflectors, instrument 110.
The varnish is the original one, it has run 51,000 km and it's intended for complete restoration. Project of tribute replica of the Abarth 750 mille miglia, later abandoned. 
The car was used in the 60s in some timed tourist tests, some details missing (see photos) like the tank, spark plug cables, dashboard buttons etc... (easy to repair with little cost).
Structurally good base for a conservative sporty restoration, or a replica Abarth 750, with an intervention to the mechanism. 
Original and very rare motor (pastiglione) not tested, might be blocked. Also excellent as an exhibit, the car is not in working order and comes without documents, thus it needs to be collected with a trolley, tow truck or runner.
