An exceptional Vespa 400 from 1960, fully restored 20 years ago. 

Used very little since then, its downtime calls for an overhaul of the brakes (the vehicle brakes but has a tendency to pull to the right).

Here is a non-exhaustive list of the work done on this incredible Vespa 400:

- Fuel tank drained and treated with Restom resin.
- Oil change, cleaning and levelling of the oil pan.
- Replaced spark plugs, contact breakers, capacitors, ignition wiring harness and adjustment of the advance.
- Carburettor cleaned.
- Carburettor intake surfacing.
- Replaced fuel hoses.
- Wheel cylinders and brake linings replaced and brake system bled.
- Front indicators replaced.
- Complete disassembly of the interior with stripping, sanding, anti-rust treatment, priming and painting.
- Full refurbishment of the two seats with painting of the metal frame and upholstery work done by a professional upholsterer.
- Refurbishment of the door facings.
- Creation of a roof cover and a rear bench seat in the same fabric as the seats.
- Refurbishment of the glove box and sun visors.
- Refurbishment of the floor covering.
- Exterior paintwork done by a professional car painter and coachbuilder.
- Refurbishment of the chrome parts of the bumpers and nose section.
- Refurbishment of rims and hubcaps.
- Electrical system checked and repaired.
- Repair of the front right steering hub.
