1964 hard top Lotus Élan (with hood), Series 1.

4-cylinder, 1600cc engine, 105 hp, 4-speed manual gearbox, rear-wheel drive, 20,000 km on the odometer.

Travel back to the "belle époque" of British convertibles with this ultra-light Lotus Elan, weighing only 585 kg, designed with founder Colin Chapman's "add lightness" concept in mind.

As for this car, overhauled: 
- 5 "Minilite" rims.
- Engine rebuilt: pistons and lower engine are new, cylinder head rebuilt, carburettor overhauled with invoices. 
- New connecting rod bearings and crankshaft. 
- New pistons and segments.
- New camshaft bearings.
- Camshafts with adjustable pulleys. 
- Cylinder head tested and approved, same for the crankshaft.
- Half roll-bar.
- 5 supplementary sheet metal rims.
- Ideal for VHRS rally or to transform into a 26R.
- Eligible for all VHRS competitions including: Tour Auto, Tour de Corse, Monte Carlo, etc.

This vehicle is in its original configuration with an up-to-date inspection.
