Bentley - MK VI Saloon - 1951

1951 Bentley MK VI in good condition. Unit in very original condition, never restored in depth and kept in running condition. The car is registered as a historic vehicle in Spain. The engine and mechanics of the car are in very good condition; mechanically, it has been very well taken care of. Some parts, such as the petrol pump, the starter relay or the indicators, are not original and had to be added so that the car could be driven. Mechanical flaws: sometimes, when the car starts running, you have to shift gently into first gear. There is a slight oil leak in the lower part of the vehicle. It needs some tweaks on the bodywork. It has some rusty spot, a 2 cm dent on the front and a slight scratch on a rear wing. The rim trims show some slight rust, barely noticeable unless you look closely (see photos). Inside, the upholstery shows that there has been some restoration with varnish. The seats are very nicely upholstered, although it is not the original upholstery. At the bottom part of the area of the driver and the passenger, there are some finishing of trim flaws. This car had a sunroof section that originally could be lifted as an air intake. Currently, the roof is sealed. The headlining has an area with sagging fabric next to the sunroof perimeter. The origin of the car is unknown, although it could be from Ireland given its history. It has had 3 owners. It is currently located in Madrid (Spain) and has been used as a rental car at events.
