Das "Erdbeerkörbchen", wie es in Deutschland auf Grund seines starren Überrollbügels genannt wird, ist in einem sehr schönen Zustand. Die seltene Farbkombination aus schwarzem Lack mit beigem Leder ist absolut zeitlos und ist auch noch 26 Jahre nach der Erstzulassung ein echter Hingucker. 

Die Golf 3 typischen Schwachstellen wurden diesen Sommer überholt. Die typischen Roststellen an den Kotflügeln vorne rechts und links wurden professionell geschweisst und in Wagenfarbe lackiert und das Getriebe überholt, sodass sich alle Gänge einwandfrei durchschalten lassen. Zusätzlich scheint ein Vorbesitzer die Schweller vorne (links und rechts) geschweisst zu haben - auch diese Krankheit des Golf 3, sollte bei diesem Fahrzeug in den nächsten Jahren keine größere Rolle spielen. 

Zusätzlich wurde das Verdeck kürzlich imprägniert und das Auto innen und außen gründlich gereinigt.

- den großen 2 Liter Motor mit 115 PS
- tollen schwarzen Lack (ein größerer Kratzer an der Seite und eine kleine Beule auf der Haube und kleinere Kratzer am Kofferraum)
- beige Ledersitze mit Sitzheizung
- das original Radio mit Kassette und Nokia-Soundsystem
- die originale beige Verdeck-Abdeckung
- originale beige Fußmatten
- ein schwarzes Windschott zum einhaken im Überrollbügel
- schwarzem Verdeck (2022 imprägniert)
- 4 elektrische Fensterheber
- einklappbare Spiegel
- TÜV bis Juni 2024
- ein ausgefülltes Scheckheft bis 2008 bzw. 61.000km 
- den Originalen Fahrzeugbrief von 1997 
Erstzulassung im Raum München, und anschließend innerhalb der Familie den Besitzer gewechselt, sodass das Auto bis 2009 in der Familie blieb. Anschließend wechselte das Auto noch drei Mal den Besitzer, sodass ich der 6. Halter des Wagens bin.

Die Klimaanlage und das elektrische Verdeck funktionieren allerdings nicht. Beides lässt sich aber durch manuelles Öffnen des Dachs lösen ;-).

Das Auto ist aktuell noch angemeldet und kann in Frankfurt am Main probegefahren oder besichtigt werden, weshalb sich der Kilometerstand noch geringfügig ändern kann.
