The sheet metal is nice and thin and the fits are correct, chrome trims well taken care of. The blue paint is well maintained and has only a few light traces of use. Some signs of rust formation in a number of places. Interior: The leather in the interior looks beautiful, but has wear in some places, some parts need to be repaired. The burr walnut inlay is in good condition, as are the controls and instruments. It is clear at first glance that this is a luxury car. This Daimler Double six has an electric sliding roof and windows, central locking and an on-board computer. As the name suggests, this Daimler is equipped with the top of the line V12. In this case, a naturally aspirated 5.3l linked to a three-speed automatic transmission. The engine produces 254 hp and ensures that the Daimler Double six can complete the standard sprint from 0-100 in 8.4 seconds and continues to accelerate to a top speed of 230 kilometers per hour. In addition, the tank is 91 liters in size, so covering large distances is no problem at all. The engine runs well and the automatic transmission shifts wonderfully smoothly. However, a mechanical service will be needed to insure full operational functionality. It is recommended to view and inspect the vehicle prior to placing a bid in order to avoid any disappointment afterwards. Please contact Catawiki to arrange a viewing appointment. Viewing day: November 10, 2023, 13:00-17:00 CET, in D-40229 Düsseldorf, Weinheimer Strasse 16-20, Germany.
