Lancia - Gamma Berlina 2000 - 1981

This beautiful Lancia Gamma was new delivered in 1981 by Lancia dealer CIOCI in Macerata Italy. In 2003 the car came in a classic car collection from a well-known entrepreneur in Macerata. In 2012 the current owner bought the car from Mr. Vecchiola and drove it back to the Netherlands. There it was checked, perfected and serviced by Fiat-Lancia specialist FIAITALIA. Amongst other parts it became also new camshafts. The body was and is unrestored, there has never been done any welding on the car. The paint is in excellent condition. There is only one small scratch, hardly noticeable, on the left rear door (about 3 cm), which is retouched with paint (see picture). The car was appraised by Vredestein Taxations in 2012 who confirmed the perfect bodywork. The condition has not changed since then, as the car was only driven in dry summer wetter, and parked in excellent dry conditions. The chrome work is also in perfect condition, with only a small dent in the chrome strip at the boot lid. Needless to say, that the car is 100% rust-free, also underneath. The engine is free of leaks, runs very smooth and does not smoke. Never was it necessary to fill up the oil between oil changes. The gearbox works perfect and without noises. Recent replaced parts are the alternator, master brake cylinder and battery. Every year the Agip Sint oil was replaced, in combination with an original OEM Lancia Oil filter The car has a new APK (Dutch MOT) until May 2026. The interior has the beautiful and rare solid color blue and is in very good condition. There are no scuffmarks or tears. Also, the dashboard is perfect and without tears. Everything works including the four electrical windows, two electrical mirrors, central locking and electric antenna. This car is believed to be the best existing Lancia Gamma Berlina. The combination of the series II (with lots of modifications) and the 2000 engine (which does not have the problems of the 2500) makes this the best Gamma to own. The only reason for selling it, is to make room for an Italian classic in the upper class. The car is registered in the Netherlands, and comes, when requested by the buyer, with Dutch export documents for easy registering everywhere in the EU (or outside).
