Wij bieden te koop aan deze prachtige, zeldzame originele Bedford Dormobile Camper. De Dormobile is een jaren 60 camper die werd gebouwd in Engeland en ondertussen een ware cultstatus heeft bereikt onder liefhebbers van klassieke busjes en campers. De Bedford die we hier te koop aanbieden is nieuw geleverd in 1961 in Engeland en is een aantal jaar geleden door een verzamelaar uitvoerig gerestaureerd. De klassieke camper verkeert in een zeer goede staat en is uitgerust met een volledig functionerende kampeeruitrusting. Hij wordt aangedreven door een 1600cc 4-cilinder benzinemotor met handgeschakelde versnellingsbak.


Het vinden van een Bedford Dormobile Camper is erg lastig, laat staan in de staat waarin deze klassieker verkeert. Het exterieur van de Bedford is uitgevoerd in een prachtige bordeaux rode kleur met zwarte details en een wit kanteldak met raampjes en ventilatie rooster. Het kanteldak zorgt ervoor dat u kunt staan in de camper en biedt tevens 2 extra slaapplaatsen door middel van 2 klapbedden. De Bedford heeft de kenmerkende schuifdeuren links + rechts.

Het interieur is in een prachtige conditie, volledig uitgerust met functionerende kampeeruitrusting. Voorin zijn er 4 stoelen die bekleed zijn met rood en grijs vinyl. Deze 4 stoelen kunnen neergeklapt worden zodat er slaapplek is voor 2 personen. Achter de stoelen bevindt zich het woongedeelte van de Camper. Hier vindt u een aanrecht met wasbak en opbergruimte. Tegenover het aanrecht met wasbak vindt u diverse opbergvakken en een ingebouwde koelkast met gasstel.

De Firma Dormobile bestaat vandaag de dag nog steeds en is een begrip in Engeland, zoals Westfalia Wohnmobil in Duitsland is.




Deze auto rijdt, remt en schakelt.

De auto heeft momenteel een Nederlands kenteken. De koper is verantwoordelijk voor het transport en de registratie van het voertuig in zijn land.

Het is raadzaam om het voertuig eerst te bekijken alvorens te bieden om teleurstellingen achteraf te voorkomen. We zijn op woensdag van 9.00 tot 12.00 uur geopend om veilingauto's te bekijken. Het bezichtigingsadres is kleiweg 1 in Waalwijk. Hier is geen afspraak voor nodig.
