Austin-Healey 100/6 BN6

De auto is turn-key ready. Voor zover wij weten is deze auto nieuw geleverd en later gerestaureerd in Canada voordat hij naar Europa werd gebracht.  Op 22-06-1999 is de auto gekocht door de eerste eigenaar in NL. De huidige Nederlandse eigenaar kocht de auto op 18-12-2016. Tijdens zijn bezit zijn de tapijten vervangen, is de versnellingsbak gereviseerd en is er groot onderhoud uitgevoerd om de auto zowel betrouwbaar als prettig om te rijden te maken. 

De kosten waren meer dan €. 20.000. De glanzende two-tone lak vertoont kleine vlekken. Deze sportwagen verkeert in een goede algehele staat en zal nog vele jaren worden genoten. Voor degenen die deze Healey willen gebruiken voor historische rally-evenementen zoals de Tulip Rallye en Winter Trail, is er een Tripmaster geïnstalleerd.

Carrosserie en lakwerk:

Het lakwerk verkeerd in een zeer goede staat. Is in two Tone uitgevoerd. Geeft een mooie glans af. Op een 4 tal plekken blijkt dat de ondergrond niet goed voorbewerkt is tijdens het spuiten. Op deze plekken vertoont de lak blaasjes. Zie hiervoor de 4 foto's. Op termijn gaan deze 4 plekken aandacht vragen.

Technische staat:

De motor en versnellingsbak verkeren in een zeer goede staat. Recentelijk is, aantoonbaar" groot onderhoud uitgevoerd aan de motor. Daarnaast heeft de versnellingsbak een revisie ondergaan. De auto staat een aantal maanden stil. Dat heeft tot gevolg dat er hier en daar een olie druppel aan de onderzijde hangt. Het vermoeden is dat de druppels verdwijnen zodra de motor weer regelmatig gebruikt gaat worden en op temperatuur komt.

Interieur:

Voorzien van de originele kleuren en materialen. De uitgevoerde reparaties zijn conform de originaliteit uitgevoerd. De bestuurdersstoel vertoont enkele instapsporen zoals blijkt uit de foto.

Alle beschikbare documentatie wordt overgedragen.

Overige informatie:

De blauwe leren tonneau cover en motorkap zijn afgewerkt in dezelfde kleur als het leren interieur. Tekenen van gebruik zijn zichtbaar, maar geen grote schade. Het chromen knock-off spaakwiel is in een uitzonderlijk goede staat. Alle meters en systemen werken zoals het hoort.
