Volkswagen Iltis (Type 183), made in Brussels by the Belgian Army (in partnership with Bombardier).

This Iltis was bought directly from the Belgian Army and still has the original export documents, which are ready to be registered by the new owner. 

The car is in overall good condition. The chassis is strong. The body has bumps but is not rusty. (Please see all pictures). The engine is turning well but needs fine-tuning. (I have placed a 12 Volt ignition system because this is easier to find. The original 24V is still kept. All other parts are still working on the 24V system. Explanation can be made when collecting). The gearbox is in good condition and shifting easily. (The handlebars for the diff-locks are handmade and can be used in this way. If want to use it frequently it's better to change to the original handlebars.) The front bumper and light holder are missing. The interior is in good condition so is the roof. The original speedometer is missing. The door comes with the original door and window panels on four sides in coon condition. 

The car is in overall good condition and can be used as is. Or it's a cheap and easy base to start fine-tuning it to perfection by simply adding a couple of parts. Please make sure you see all the pictures.
