Volkswagen Beetle Oval Windows año 1956. Vehículo totalmente original al que se le realizó en el año 2005 una profunda restauración por su anterior propietario en Portugal. Adquirido y matriculado como vehículo histórico en España en el año 2006, desde entonces se ha mantenido y cuidado al detalle por coleccionista español.

El coche fue adquirido nuevo en Lisboa (Portugal) el año 1956 a la empresa Sociedade Comercial Guérin, S.A. ubicada en Lisboa (Portugal), en aquellos años importador oficial de Volkswagen Y Porsche para Portugal. (El coche actualmente sigue manteniendo su chapa original con los datos del importador que vendió el coche en la zona del motor, se adjunta foto en el reportaje). También se conserva la matricula original de Portugal. 

CARROCERIA - PINTURA 
Fue saneado y pintado en su color original tanto la carrocería como los bajos en el año 2005. Mantiene su brillo intenso, siempre ha sido guardado en garaje cerrado y mantenido lejos del agua y el frio.

MOTOR
Arranca y frena sin problemas. No presenta fugas ni averías eléctricas. Mantiene la instalación eléctrica original con batería de 6V. Lleva incorporado desconectador para mantener la batería en estado optimo los largos periodos de tiempo que no se usa. Radio original (no se oye correctamente). Las luces y los intermitentes son originales y funcionan correctamente. El mantenimiento siempre se ha realizado en Talleres Cantero (Burgos) especialista en estos coches. Recientemente se ha sometido a nuestra profunda revisión para su venta. Ruedas con costado blanco en excelente estado importadas exclusivamente para este coche.

INTERIOR
El tapizado de los asientos delanteros se ha hecho nuevo recientemente manteniendo el color y el diseño original. El asiento trasero se encuentra en buen estado, no se aprecia una importante diferencia con los delanteros. Techo, salpicadero, volante y palanca de cambios son originales.

DOCUMENTACION
Presenta ficha técnica y permiso de circulación en el que se muestra que fue matriculado en España en el año 2006 como vehículo histórico estando exento del cumplimiento de la normativa de emisiones de contaminantes, exento de cinturones traseros y verificación de holguras de dirección y de ejes, realizadas estas de forma manual.


El vehículo se encuentra en Burgos (España) donde se puede ver y probar.
