This Muscle car with a mileage of only 7025 miles has a very powerful 507 hp supercharged engine and is like new. It comes from its first owner and currently has Swedish registration. The Shelby is a 4-seater, this coupe type is also known as a 2+2, 2 spacious places at the front and 2 smaller ones in the back.
 
The car is almost like new, as it came from the American Shelby factory in 2008. In the Netherlands, this muscle car was fully checked by a USA cars specialist. All booklets, original manual and a CARFAX report are included. All together in a special GT500 Shelby folder.
 
The GT500 tackled by Shelby is rare and you hardly come across any more in this near perfect condition with demonstrably low mileage. Only 8500 of these muscle cars were produced in 2008.
 
The base for the 5.4L V8 engine is the Trition V8. The Special Vehicle Team (SVT) gives the V8 a series of improvements to get to the current power of 507 hp and the torque of 651 Nm. The extra reliable gearbox is a manual one with 6 speeds.
 
The car goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and from 0 to 200 in 15.6. This performance is made possible in part by the weight-to-power ratio of only 3.5 kg/hp.
 
Independent SVT sports suspension, brake discs all around, ABS, multiple airbags and alarm system. Great stereo system (Shaker 500), natural air condition, navigation
 
The visual differences with the "normal" Mustang are: the special SVT rims, the bottom part of the bumpers, the Cobra logo in the radiator grille, the air intakes at the front and an adjusted hood. The Shelby striping and the various badges only belong to this type of original GT500 Shelby.
 
Each engine is signed by the mechanic that built it by hand. The text is: Hand-built with pride, followed by the SVT and Ford logos and the mechanics signature.
 
The car is nearly perfect: no leakage, no damage and proof of a damage-free history.
