Holden - Commodore VF Ute SV6

Zeer zeldzame Holden, de Australische tegenhanger van Opel en Vauxhall. 

In Europa rijden er slechts enkele exemplaren rond. Origineel enkel te koop in Australië, Nieuw-Zeeland en Zuid-Afrika.
Deze Ute kocht ik nieuw in 2016 in Sydney, zelf geïmporteerd en gehomologeerd in België. 

Rechtsgestuurd. 

Jaarlijks gekeurd in België zonder opmerkingen.

De enige moderne pick-up met een zelfdragend monocoque chassis zoals een gewone wagen, weegt leeg slechts 1750 kg. Geen zwaar ladderchassis dus, rijdt en stuurt hierdoor zeer sportief.

VF Series 2 model, de ultieme doorontwikkelde versie, voor Holden er eind 2016 mee ophield. Er zijn veel overeenkomsten met de Opel Insignia die destijds ook met een V6 gebouwd werd, onderdelen kunnen vandaag via GM/Stellantis nog gemakkelijk verkregen worden.

Atmosferische V6 met 3.6 liter en 285 pk op de achterwielen.

Mooie, subtiele en natuurlijke klank. Gehomologeerd als lichte vrachtwagen, dus fiscaal interessant voor een zelfstandige. Steeds correct onderhouden, onderhoudsboekje ingevuld. 2 sleutels en alle documenten aanwezig (COC, Belgisch inschrijvingsbewijs deel 1 en 2, keuringsbewijs, carpass, 2 manuals). 
Haynes maintenance manual eveneens aanwezig (nooit gebruikt, nog in de verpakking).

Dit is de Black Edition, dus full option met onder andere: 

Keyless entry, keyless go, head-up display, zetels leder/alcantara, achteruitrijcamera, parkeerhulp, 18" velgen, dodehoekdetectie in de spiegels, LED-koplampen, enz.

Op de GPS staat enkel een Australische kaart, maar via Bluetooth valt er goed te navigeren via een smartphone.

Grote laadbak, met zowel een harde afsluitbare "twin hump" kap, als een lederen, gemakkelijk te demonteren tonneau cover. Kan ook zonder afdekking rijden, handig om hoge cargo te vervoeren.

Trekhaak voor 1500 kg geremd. De wagen zelf mag ook nog voor 445 kg beladen worden (inclusief passagiers).

Twee lichte beschadigingen in het bodywork aan de rechter kant maar verder in meer dan uitstekende conditie.
 
In de rechter deur zit een kleine deuk veroorzaakt door zijdelingse steenslag in Australië toen de wagen geparkeerd stond op gravel en ter hoogte van de tankopening een lichte markering van contact met een spiegel van een voorbijrijdende wagen toen de Ute langs de straat geparkeerd stond. Zie foto's.

Interieur in perfecte nieuwstaat, echt niets op aan te merken.

Leuke en praktische wagen, ook een echte head turner.
