Mercedes‑Benz 280 SE W108 from 1968, located in Portugal with 31,017 km, manual petrol 160 HP, black exterior and beige interior, matching numbers and colours, chassis 10801850003703, engine 120981120000404, 2778 cc, Portuguese registration with a valid MOT until 2029-04-23, CoC not present, in very good overall condition.

Mercedes 280 SE W108 160HP 1968 - Sold new to Portugal, it is in great condition. This is a Collection Car!
Service done in January/2025. 4 new tyres (January/2025).
All the bodywork and paintwork of the car was reviewed by a former Mercedes-Benz professional, to the bone no looking into costs, it's perfect like in 68'.
All the trims, wood and dashboard were reviewed and it presents itself in an elegant combination with a black exterior and beige interior and detailed wood finishes.
- All the window and door rubbers are new.
- All the wood trims are new.

This model features a 6-cylinder in-line engine with injection, 160hp of power, coupled to a 4v manual gearbox with positioning on the steering column, has sun visors, leather seats, a very high armrest, with power steering and mechanical injection and still preserves some of the patina of the time - CAAP Classic Certification
Portugal National Vehicle. Mercedes-Benz 280 SE Limousine 1967 with only 31,017 km and in perfect working order.
Completely original, it is one of the few units of this classic luxury car, which were assembled in the old Movauto factory in Setúbal, closed in 1992.
The vehicle has only had 1 owner, a former industrialist from our home city in Covilhã.

The W108/W109 debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 1965. The initial range of W108 models featured 4 variants (250 S, 250 SE, 280SE and 300 SEb) and a single W109 (300 SEL).
Designed by the famous Paul Bracq, it was a luxury model from Mercedes, a consistent combination of technical brilliance, engineering, performance, and high standards of style and elegance of the time, and was produced between 1967/72.
