Mercedes 280SE Cabriolet from 1968. German class surrounds this classic Mercedes convertible, with an exceptional presentation in good condition. It has had a total of 7 different owners, 4 in Germany and 3 in France, arriving in France in 1989. 2.8L M130 injection engine developing 160 horsepower, 4-speed automatic gearbox on the steering wheel. - First registration: 08/04/1968. - 18,500 km on the odometer. - French classic cars registration. - 5 places on the vehicle registration certificate. - Empty weight: 1,585 kg Comes with the vintage booklet with the various German owners (see photos) Expert report dating from 2018, appraised at €195,000 in 2018 (see photos). The history includes many invoices as well as papers concerning the various owners. - This car is in very good condition and the paint is very nice. Only a few minor flaws on the body. The chassis and the floors are sound, no perforation corrosion. The chrome is in excellent condition as well as the dashboard, the upholstery is original (the driver's seat is a little torn on the side). The roof is new. The 2775 cc injection engine (M130) was completely redone in 2022 at Mercedes Étoile Tuning 78. The engine has around 500 kilometres and is therefore guaranteed by Mercedes. (see invoices in the photo folder). A lot of work has also been done since the appraisal of the car in 2018 (see invoices in the photos).
