The car needs to be fully restored and is not complete. There are interiors but they need to be redone. The bottom is good because a restoration had begun but then the previous owner passed away. It is sold as it is to a restoration enthusiast.
It has documents that are ready for the transfer of ownership, i.e. it is not deregistered.
