Jaguar XJS Convertible uit 1994. 

Exterieur: 

De XJS is stijlvol én ingetogen: kleur-gecodeerde voor- en achterbumpers met chroomafwerking, rechthoekige uitlaatsierstukken en klassieke 7J x 15” “lattice” lichtmetalen velgen met 235/60 ZR15 banden. De halogeenkoplampen en de bijpassend gekleurde cabriokap-afdekhoes (“boot”) maken het geheel af.

Interieur & comfort: 

Binnenin heerst Britse luxe: Connolly-lederen interieur met walnoothout op console, dashboard en deurpanelen, een leren versnellingspook, verlichte zonnekleppen en praktische handbook storage. De ergonomische, CFC-vrije airconditioning met recirculatie houdt het aangenaam koel; de elektrisch verstelbare voorstoelen (12-voudig) met 2-voudige lendensteun en stoelverwarming zorgen voor lange-afstandscomfort. Het premium audiosysteem vult de cabine, terwijl de in hoogte verstelbare stuurkolom (4 standen) een ideale zitpositie mogelijk maakt. Achterin is een 2+2-zitconfiguratie aanwezig – trouw aan het grand-tourer-concept.

Veiligheid: 

Deze XJS is uitgerust met frontairbags voor bestuurder en passagier, inertierol 3-puntsgordels met hoogteverstelling en het eerder genoemde ABS met geventileerde schijven rondom. De geïntegreerde voorspoiler en de solide bumperconstructie completeren het veiligheidsplaatje.
