Jaguar XJS Convertible 5.3 V12 from 1989 from a private collection. Finished in a chic black on black colour scheme and with a black mohair soft-top.

This is a Jaguar XJS with European specifications and delivered from the factory in England to the EU. The differences between EU and US versions are: Bumpers, oval headlights with windscreen wipers and washer, fog lamps in the rear bumper. Bumpers are further inward compared to the USA model. Odometer in kilometres instead of miles.

History:
This Jaguar has only done 96,519 km, or 59,974 miles. The Jaguar was recently serviced because it was driven very little. All injectors were thoroughly cleaned, atomizer hoses replaced, the wiring harness for the injectors was replaced, the air conditioning was refilled, the ignition system was completely overhauled, a new battery was installed, fluids and filters were replaced.

The Jaguar’s beautiful condition is clearly visible in the photos. A beautiful time capsule thanks to the wood accents, interior, paintwork and under the bonnet. The engine starts immediately and runs very nicely, the gearbox shifts properly. This Jaguar is sold in its current beautiful condition (as is).

This Jaguar comes with a soft-top, tool set, technical information, manual on a USB stick, set of keys, a Carfax report with mileage and a Belgian registration.

The Jaguar can be registered more easily in most countries within the EU than a version with a USA registration, it can be registered as a classic car or obtain classic car status as it’s over 30 years old. The buyer must contact the local authorities, we can help with transport and formalities.
