Op deze wereldbol heb je allerlei soorten auto’s. Nieuwe, oude, rare en je hebt een categorie zeldzaam. Onlangs reed een zeer zeldzame Saturn SC2 onze showroom binnen. Hoewel onze focus ligt op Prewar auto’s, konden we deze buitenkans niet laten liggen. 

Maar waar valt deze, lichtgewicht blikvanger nu eigenlijk onder? Een Opel Calibra of toch een Honda Prelude? Van oorsprong is deze auto uitgebracht onder de rook van General Motors. Maar het merk is op zich zelf staand. Deze prachtige verlaagde 3(!) deurs coupé heeft een automaat en de 2 liter 4 cilinder loopt als een spreekwoordelijk zonnetje.

De Saturn is in 1999 meegenomen vanuit Amerika door een Amerikaanse soldaat die was gestationeerd in Duitsland. Sinds 2001 staat de auto op Nederlands kenteken en last but not least…het is de enige in Nederland.

Auto in nette staat en goed onderhouden.
Aantal jaar geleden is de auto technisch aangepakt, nieuwe velgen en banden, auto is verlaagd, originele delen zijn aanwezig.
Uitlaat is vervangen. 
Lak is mooi, enkele beschadigingen op de motorkap, achterspoiler plus lichte beschadigingen rondom.
Remmen zijn goed. 
Automaat schakelt goed, kickdown werkt normaal.
Besturing is ok.

Zeer zeldzame Youngtimer .
