Carrosserie & Lakwerk:

Amerikaanse klasse op zijn best. Deze Chevy is in 1952 gebouwd. Later is de auto gerestaureerd en in 2016 geïmporteerd uit de staat Arizona, Verenigde Staten. Dankzij de restauratie verkeert hij in een uitmuntende staat: roestvrij, een droge motorruimte en een prachtig interieur. Het turquoise blauwe lakwerk blinkt dan ook als nooit tevoren, evenals het chroomwerk. Ook de onderzijde ziet er bijna uit als nieuw. Het betreft hier een fraai "stepside" model met een imposant front en een laadbak ingelegd met hout. Het gehele exterieur verkeert in topstaat, zonder op- of aanmerkingen.

Interieur:
 
Het interieur is voorzien van turquoise/wit lederen bekleding en verkeert in zeer goede staat, zonder scheuren of beschadigingen. Op de vloer ligt een schoon tapijt. Ook de kale delen van het interieur verkeren in nette staat, evenals de tellers en het hemeltje. 

Technisch:

De 216 CU (3.500 cc) 6-cilinder motor wordt bediend door de automatische versnellingsbak. Ook de motor is goed onderhouden en de auto rijdt en schakelt dan ook naar behoren. De banden hebben nog zeer goed profiel. Al met al een prachtige auto met veel mogelijkheden: denk aan heerlijke tourritten, eyecatcher op oldtimerevenementen, verzamelobject of marketingdoeleinden. 

Algemene Informatie:

De officiële benaming van de Chevrolet Pick-Up reeks is "Advance Design". Het was Chevrolet's eerste grote nieuwe ontwerp na de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Hij was groter, krachtiger en slanker dan de voorgaande AK-reeks en werd gebouwd van 1947 tot 1955. Jaarlijks werden verbeteringen doorgevoerd en de motor opgeboord. Het model was populair doordat hij erg praktisch was, maar ook relatief handzaam. Daarnaast was zowel hij in zowel aanschaf, onderhoud als brandstofverbruik relatief voordelig. Ook adverteerde Chevrolet met het gegeven dat de auto weinig afschreef.
