Uniek bijzonder en zeldzaam !

Prachtige Mercedes S-KLASSE 280 S/8 ORIGINEEL NEDERLANDS GELEVERD MET SLECHTS 9.857 KM !

Met de komst van de W108 verdwenen de vinnen. Ontwerper Paul Bracq (een fransman) koos voor meer vloeiende lijnen en een verlaagde middellijn. De auto was een enorm succes mede dankzij zijn betrouwbaarheid.

Ingetogen klassiek in 1965 werd de nieuwe S-klasse geïntroduceerd. Belangrijkste verschil met zijn voorganger, de zogenaamde ‘Heckflosse’ was het uiterlijk. De Amerikaanse stijlelementen waren verdwenen, het ruitoppervlak werd vergroot en de middellijn verlaagd. De styling van de W108 was fantastisch.
De W108 was voorzien van kreukelzones voor en achter, een vervormbare stuurkolom, veiligheidssloten en schijfremmen rondom.
Kenmerkend voor alle S-typen was dat zij behoorden tot de veiligste auto’s van hun tijd. Wat de techniek betreft veranderde er weinig. De achterasconstructie met de pendelas uit de jaren vijftig bleef gehandhaafd.

50 jaar in bezit geweest van 1 familie. Prachtig ongerestaureerde staat. Altijd droog en warm binnen gestaan. Auto rijdt zeer goed. Interieur zeer goed.

Interieur:
Het interieur is zeer goede conditie. Blauwe half lederen MB-Tex stoelen, achterbank en deurpanelen in prima staat dit materiaal is zeer duurzaam. Voorzien van de originele hemelbekleding en prachtige blauwe tapijten. Een mooi stuur en originele instrumenten. Het hout op het dashboard is uitstekend en het bovenste dashboard is origineel en vrij van scheuren. Schuifdak werkt naar behoren
De stoelen zijn in zeer goede conditie en vloerbedekking is evenals keurig.
Dashboard is compleet en de Blaupunkt radio werkt ook naar behoren evenals alle instrumenten werken naar behoren. Verder voorzien als beveiliging zit er een startonderbreker op.


Exterieur:
De auto maakt indruk met zijn uitzonderlijk goed bewaard gebleven carrosserie.
De lak is in zeer goede conditie en glimt nog fantastisch, heeft altijd droog en warm binnen gestaan.
Al het chroom en glimmende werk is in goede staat. Vredestein Sprint banden met zeer goed profiel.
Auto ziet er netjes uit, en de gebruikssporen zijn echt minimaal.


Technisch:
Onder de motorkap bevind zich een originele goedlopende 2746 CC 6 cilinder benzine motor die goed is voor 156 PK. Het betreft de  originele motor ''Matching Numers''.  De motor is droog en loopt uitstekend.
Het schakelen gebeurt handmatig via het middelste circuit en is voorzien van 4 versnellingen.
Recent heeft de S-klasse een onderhoudsbeurt gehad.
