Volkswagen - T1 Samba 23 Windows - 1970

ALGEMEEN:

Wij bieden deze fraaie Volkswagen T1 bus uit 1970 aan in de populaire SAMBA-uitvoering, met maar liefst 23 ramen en een schuifdak. De bus is uitgevoerd in een vrolijke mint green kleur met een lotus wit dak. Het betreft een originele Braziliaanse VW T1, gebouwd door Volkswagen in Brazilië. Deze versies zijn vrijwel identiek aan de Duitse T1’s, maar dit is geen originele Samba, het gaat om een replica in Samba-stijl met de geliefde 23 ramen. De bus is recentelijk grondig aangepakt in Brazilië, waar hij ook altijd heeft gereden.

CARROSSERIE & LAKWERK:

Het exterieur van de bus is volledig opnieuw gespoten in een frisse two-tone combinatie van mint green met een wit dak. De carrosserie is in nette staat gebleven, mede dankzij het warme Braziliaanse klimaat waarin de bus altijd gereden heeft. De onderzijde is aangepakt waar nodig: twee dwarsbalken zijn vernieuwd en de achterste twee kriksteunen zijn vervangen en opnieuw ingelast. Daarna is de gehele onderzijde behandeld met een zwarte spraycoating. De bumpers zijn opnieuw gespoten in bijpassend lotus wit. Verwacht bij een 50 jaar oude klassieker kleine imperfecties zoals een krasje, een hangende deur of verouderde rubbers.

TECHNISCH:

De bus is voorzien van de luchtgekoelde 1500 cc motor, welke prima loopt. De claxon en tankmeter functioneren mogelijk niet; dit is onbekend. De remmen dienen nagekeken te worden voor veilig gebruik op de openbare weg. Er is geen sprake van een volledige technische restauratie, maar de bus is in een nette cosmetische staat. Houd er rekening mee dat voor Europese toelating nog aanvullende werkzaamheden nodig kunnen zijn. Een stelpost van 10% tot 15% wordt geadviseerd om dit correct in te schatten.

INTERIEUR:

Het interieur is volledig vernieuwd. De binnenzijde is eerst geheel leeg gehaald en vervolgens opnieuw gespoten in de kleur Lotus wit. Er zijn gloednieuwe Samba-dakraampjes (8 stuks) geplaatst, evenals een nieuw schuifdak (sunroof) en nieuwe pop-out ramen aan de voorzijde. Het meubilair is geheel nieuw: een driepersoons achterbank, een tweepersoonsbank met klapstoel, een nieuwe bijrijdersbank en een nieuwe bestuurdersstoel. Daarnaast zijn ook een nieuwe binnenhemel, nieuwe gordijntjes en een nieuwe accu geplaatst. Tot slot is er een luxe dakimperial gemonteerd aan de voorzijde en achterzijde.

DOCUMENTEN:

De bus is geïmporteerd uit Brazilië en beschikt nog over het Braziliaanse kenteken. Alle invoerrechten zijn betaald. Bij de koop worden de Braziliaanse kentekenpapieren en de douane-importdocumenten meegeleverd. De bus is klaar voor registratie in Europa; de benodigde documenten hiervoor zijn aanwezig.

AFHALING:

Het voertuig wordt verkocht in de staat waarin het zich bevindt (“as is”) en betreft een particuliere verkoop. Dit betekent dat er geen garantie van toepassing is. De bus dient binnen 14 dagen na afloop van de veiling opgehaald te worden.
